Terms of Service

Registration constitutes agreement to our clinic policies, including the signed liability waiver, our refund policy, and our code of conduct. Clinics run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe; in the event Heads Up Tackling cancels a clinic, registered families receive a full refund.
